The most valuable thing about the programme for me was your always motivating approach and your extensive and well-founded experience in business development. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to work together intensively and in a practice-oriented way in our small group. The flexibility in the programme schedule was another plus, and it was extremely valuable that you took extensive time to answer all the participants' questions. In doing so, you shared many examples from practice and your experience, which made the content particularly vivid.
I don't really see any areas for improvement in the traditional sense. However, it might be worth considering splitting the course content into two separate courses – Business Skills Level 1 and Business Skills Level 2. The agenda is quite dense and splitting it would allow participants to work on the topics at a more relaxed pace and to work more intensively on their own projects, so that they can leave the course with even more concrete results.
This programme has helped me a lot to define my professional goals more clearly. It has worked through important points in a structured way and, for example, given me a precise understanding of my mission and vision or corporate SWOT analysis. This clarity is a decisive advantage for my future work.
I would definitely recommend this programme, especially to business owners who are just starting out, but also to entrepreneurs with practical experience who have had little opportunity to work strategically on their business. The programme offers valuable insights and helps to develop or design one's own business more efficiently and successfully.

I had the opportunity to attend Tia Upshaws session on Authentic Personal Branding,
at the MSVU Leaders and Learners conference 50 th anniversary, and it was a truly eye-
opening experience. Tia's presentation on the importance of consistency and imagery in

the impact of silence on personal brand image was particularly impactful. It made me
realize the importance of living my brand values in all aspects of my life and being
